Going into 2018 proudly as the newest Ambassador for @adoptchangeau, a not-for-profit charity supporting adoption, foster carers and permanency of vulnerable children. Out of all the events I ve been to this year, this was the most memorable and moving; to meet and hear stories from my fellow adoptees and ambassadors, foster carers, politicians, and everyone who was here tonight at the Prime Minister s Sydney Residence advocating to help change the lives of 40,000 children who don t have a permanent home in Australia. And of course, Deborra-Lee Furness, the founder, CEO and incredible force who s been behind this cause for 10 years now. Thank you for letting me be a small part of this. Truly. I promise you I will do as much as I can to help and I cannot wait to see what we achieve next year
