More than 6000 adolescent girls and young women are newly infected with HIV every week and that is why I support @unaidsglobal in their efforts to empower young women to realise their right to health. It s been 4 years since I became a @unaidsglobal goodwill ambassador and every year again I am overwhelmed by the courage, determination and hope of the many incredible women, men and children I meet. Today, we must join together to raise awareness and fight for an AIDS free future. #WorldAIDSday #KnowYourStatus #ZeroDiscrimination
